Glenhaultin is an Eco-Friendly Bed & Breakfast. All Electricity consumed in Glenhaultin is from 100% Renewable Sources, Under-floor Heating and Hot Water is provided by a Ground Source Heat Pump. The System is incredibly efficient, providing over 4 times more energy than it uses by way of Heat & Hot Water. Along with many other sustainable practices, Glenhaultin has earned The Green Tourism Business Schemes Gold Award.

Glenhaultin is conveniently Situated around 6 Miles North of Portree, the Island Capital, and around 9 Miles from Uig, where the Ferry sails from, to the Hebridean Isle of Harris. Glenhaultin is in the Trotternish Peninsula where there are many Visitor attractions including The Museum of Island Life and Flora MacDonalds Monument in Kilmuir, The Quiraing, The Kilt Rock, Lealt river and falls and The Old Man of Storr

Glenhaultin has 2 Double (kingsize) Guest Rooms with Bathrooms Ensuite and a comfortable Residents Lounge where Guests can relax, Read a Book, enjoy your own favourite Tipple while admiring the amazing view towards Loch Snizort and beyond to the Western Isles.

Guest Rooms at Glenhaultin have Seating areas with Leather Sofa, Coffee Table, and Welcome Tray. The large Built in Wardrobe houses a Silent Fridge, Tassimo Cappuccino Maker, Iron & Table and Luggage Rack. The Multimedia system in each Guest Room feature 32" HD LED TV's connected to Satellite TV and a Windows 7 Personal computer. Fancy watching DVD? Each Room has an In-Room Multimedia Centre which Connects to a Free to use Network DVD Library of 150+ DVD's, making them easy to access without having to get out of Bed! Free Wifi is also provided throughout Glenhaultin.

Ensuites feature Shower/Bath Combo's. Luxurious Arran Aromatic Toiletries are provided.

It is not essential to order Breakfast the evening before, while waiting for a Cooked Breakfast Option to be prepared, Guests can Sample the Buffet of Fresh Fruit Salad, Cereals, Oatcakes & Breads with various Cheeses, Cold Meats & Pate and Yoghurts. Breakfast is usually served between 8.30am and 9.30am (earlier if required).

Payment can be made using most Credit & Debit Cards at the time of Reservation. For Direct Bank Payments, Bank Details are available on request.

Cancellations: Bookings Cancelled more than 7 days of arrival a Full Refund (less a charge of 5% of the Booking Total) is Payable. Cacellations within 7 Days of arrival, a Refund is Payable less a charge equal to the first nights Accommodation
