Burnside House is only a 15 minute walk via the new Orbital path into the buzz of the centre of Aviemore village with its shopping, Bars and Restaurants. This detatched house is in it’s own grounds with woodland views, has a luxurious outdoor hot tub – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day of activities. You can relax in the tub, and listen to the bubbling mountain stream which runs close by.
The patio BBQ area, close to the Hot Tub, is the perfect location to enjoy Al Fresco dining, or an evening sundowner. The Garden Area also has a secure dog run and is a safe area for young children and dogs. The House is adjacent to Beaver Creek Lodge for anyone wishing to organise larger holiday parties.
Burnside House has 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), and can sleep up to 6 guests, and is conveniently located, and close to the new Spey Valley Championship golf course with Boat of Garten and Grantown courses only a short distance by car. It has easy access to local woodlands and the scenic Speyside Way for lovely walks and cycling, and of course Aviemore Village is the main accommodation base for the Cairngorm Ski Area.
This new build, two-storey home in contemporary boutique style, has a large lounge, with flat screen HD TV, DVD player with Basic Sky Package and stereo/ipod system. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. The lounge has french doors leading to an outside patio area with seating and BBQ facilities. The lounge is comfortably furnished.
There is a large luxury fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large dining area that can easily seat 8. There is an adjacent utility room with washing machine, large sink and tumble drier. Outside drying facilities are available . The property has a separate WC Cloakroom off of the entrance hallway, and this completes the ground floor accommodation.
All 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The large master kingsize bedroom, features a roomy, beautifully tiled en-suite shower room. It has stunning views overlooking the Cairngorm mountain range. There is a second double room, and one twin room. The bedrooms sleep in total, 6 people. All bedrooms have large fitted wardobes offering plenty of storage, and flat screen TV’s with Freeview Channels. The family bathroom, is also beautifully tiled, with bath and shower located on this upper floor.
