At Greenhill Farm we currently have two choices of accommodation. Crofters View, named for its picturesque view of the working farm, has a double bed and ideal for a couples retreat. Our other shepherd's hut - Badgers Hut - has a double bed in addition to bunkbeds with a door to separate the two.
Both huts are in different locations on the farm and have their own private garden areas and are fenced off therefore we allow dogs to be brought on holiday with their owners. In addition to this they both have private BBQ huts with all equipment supplied, and small cabins approximately 10 metres from the huts where a chemical toilet is situated. For those winter months, both huts are fitted with wood burning stoves for the ultimate relaxing retreat. It must be noted that there is no electricity within the huts and therefore battery powered lights and candles are supplied to guests. However, not far down the farm track, there is a toilet block where guests can use the shower and toilet, and take advantage of the electricity points.
We are a small working family farm that have been farming these beautiful hills for generation upon generation. We have a variety of animals including; cows and calves, sheep and lambs, chickens, pigs, several dogs, a cat and even some peacocks. We also have a small play area guests are welcome to use situated near the pig pens.
For the last few years we have been selling fresh farm produce in our honesty pod at the bottom of the farm track. Produce such as jams, chutneys, greetings cards, eggs, cakes and other items can be purchased here.
