Please note that the rear garden is enclosed but not the front so take care with pets and children.
This self catering holiday property offers comfortable accommodation, where you can sit in the conservatory with your breakfast watching the birds in the garden or cosy up in front of the fire in the evening; well situated for all your activities in Whiting Bay and further afield on the Isle of Arran, "Scotland in miniature".
EXTRA: The Arran Team will contact you approx 2 weeks before your arrival on behalf of the owner to collect your credit/debit card details for the ‘Good Housekeeping Deposit’. Depending on the size of the property, the good housekeeping deposit is £150 sleeping up to 7 persons and £250 sleeping 8-12 persons. The deposit is processed securely by a deferred payment on their internet banking site; no payment will be debited from the account at this time.
