Glenshee Holiday Home is a beautifully designed contemporary holiday villa which sleeps up to 12 people. Downstairs the large open plan living room boasts solid oak flooring, huge windows with panoramic views, a Swedish log burning stove, a 60 inch flat screen TV and the feature spiral staircase that leads to the galleried upper landing seating area with stunning views.
The high spec kitchen is equipped with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler and seating around the central island. Leading from the kitchen is the separate dining area with seating for 12.
There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom with an electric shower. Upstairs there is 1x Double room with en-suite shower room and a further 2 bedrooms which can be double or twin (one having an en-suite with aromatherapy shower). The final bedroom has 2 x twin beds along with a set of bunk beds suitable for children up to sround 11 years old (room sleeps 4 in total). The family bathroom with bath is situated adjacent to the bedrooms.
The house is fully centrally heated all year around.

Area Gulabin House is ideally located for exploring Perthshire and the Cairngorm National Park. Located next to Gulabin Lodge Outdoor Centre, Gulabin House is in the perfect spot to get straight on the slopes with ski or snowboard equipment hire up to full tuition available. The Glenshee slopes are a mere 2 miles away and open from the first snow (usually December) until April. Out of season, guests can also take advantage of the wide range of instructor led activities both on and off site from abseiling & high ropes to overnight expeditions.
Covering 103 kilometres, the Cateran Trail, which gives a true feel of the Scottish and offers a glimpse of the lifestyle of the Caterans in the 15th to 17th centuries, begins and ends in Blairgowrie. How many days will it take you to conquer?
And if you still have a few hours to spare, you are just minutes away from the Strathmore Golf Centre which has a short game practice area and 6-hole putting green for beginners & Blairgowrie Golf Club with it's Rosemount and Lansdowne 18 hole courses.
