We are proud of our bedrooms which have simple, elegant decor and are furnished with light oak furniture and neutral colour schemes. Hair dryers are also supplied along with free toiletries in the large en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms feature wall mounted flat screen TV's with numerous digital TV channels, many digital radio channels and built-in DVD player. We also have books and DVD's for our guests to borrow and enjoy. Hospitality trays in the bedrooms contain Fairtrade tea, Fairtrade coffee and biscuits. Fresh milk is available on request.
You will be welcomed with a pot of tea, coffee or a glass of wine and homebaking on arrival. Our aim is to make your stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible.
Our full Scottish breakfasts have local flavour and all meat is purchased from local farmers and butchers.The famous Arbroath Smokie is a 'must' to try or why not try scrambled eggs with locally produced smoked salmon. We also offer fruit juice, fruit, yoghurt, porridge and cereals along with white or brown toast and tea and coffee.
Angus is a county you'll want to explore. Walking, fishing, cycling, wildlife, shooting - It's all on our doorstep.

Keen golfers have a choice of up to 50 golf courses within an hour's drive of here - including the world famous Carnoustie (15 mins) and St Andrews (55 mins) courses. Locally, Arbroath, Forfar, Montrose, Edzell, Brechin and Letham Grange all accept day membership and there is a driving range at Forfar.
