Nestled on a peaceful bay overlooking Loch Carron, Harbour Cottage offers an idyllic setting for your visit to the Highlands. Yards from the beach in a quiet setting with glorious views all round. Perfect base for touring or just relaxing.

Sleeping from 2 to 6, Harbour Cottage has been recently re-roofed, double glazed, smoke detector system installed and refurbished, the cottage is idyllic for a romantic get-away or with its enclosed gardens and beach location is a perfect family base.

Accommodation is on 2 levels:-

Downstairs has a king-size bed in large room with loch views from picture windows. There is also an en-suite shower room & WC.

Upstairs has a double room with loch views and a twin with side views. The upstairs loo has an old deep bath (you may need to be agile!) and again overlooks loch - Lochcarron to left - panorama to Attadale on right.

Downstairs there is a bright large well-equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, a TV, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker/oven and a Rayburn - excellent to return to your slow-cooked casserole! Washing machine is in utility at back door.

The cosy lounge has a coal fire, comfortable sofas and armchairs and overlooks front to loch. TV with Freeview, DVD player.

There is an enclosed garden to front to sit at bench and gaze at panorama of lochs and mountains or relax in large rear garden on patio or lawn.

Generous parking facility inside or out of garden as desired.

There are many outdoor activities and amenities available locally at Lochcarron village approx. a mile away (golf, sailing, cycling etc.) and of course many mountains to climb, famous places to visit and scenic walks to explore.

We welcome guests all year, but this is Scotland and it can be "fresh" (!) over Autumn and Winter however the double glazing, coal fire and Rayburn help to keep the chills at bay.. Good excuse to get coal fire on and relax. Scenery can be even more spectacular though with snow on mountains around.
