Close to all local amenities and less than 5 minutes walking distance from the ferry terminal and bus station, the Heb Hostel is an ideal base from which to visit the sites on the Island of Lewis.
The three storey building served as a family home for nearly 180 years before being converted into a backpackers hostel in April 07. It still retains many of the period features and has a peat burning stove as well as being centrally heated by the kitchen Aga. The 4 dorms are either 4 or 8 bedded and the comfortable bunks are custom made.
Also available are: lockers, internet access, laundry facilities, bike shed and access to garden.
