Patio doors open up to the outdoor decking terrace that catches the midday sun with landscaped gardens below. Enjoy sea views, alfresco meals or relaxed afternoons soaking up the Scottish sunshine. Your private garden has further outdoor seating areas to the side of the house. The Summer evenings in Kames are magical.
The waterfront is only a five minute walk down the hillside where you can walk along the shoreline.

Just a short walk to Kames Village there is a friendly pub and welcoming locals. Kames is tucked away on the West Coast of Scotland, also known as Argyll's Secret Coast. Nearby is the main street of Tighnabruaich where you will find local arts and crafts, cafes and further pubs.
Bordered by Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute, this is an area of stunning natural beauty, with hills, glens, rugged coastlines, white beaches, clear waters and ancient forests. The whole area is steeped in Highland history and dotted with ruins, castles and ancient sites.
Just over 4 miles away is Portavadie, the well known marina, with a leisure spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor infinity pool, jacuzzi and 2 restaurants.
Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
Car Parking: Private car parking is available onsite for two cars. There is space in front of the house at the lower level for cars/bikes.

Access: The property is accessed by 5 steps at the front entrance and 6 steps at the side entrance via the outdoor decking. The drive way is slightly steep.
