LUXURY GLAMPING IN A MAGICAL SETTING
Ideal base for the NC500!
Situated at the foot of Ben Wyvis, with panoramic views over our beautiful Victorian Village of Strathpeffer, stunning views of Knockfarrel and beyond, our elevated site gives panoramic views from the Glamping Pods for miles around.
Come and stay in our luxury built Glamping Pods, complete with underfloor heating & en-suite with walk in shower. Spend the night viewing the evening sky on an award winning mattress. Dark skies here allow you to spot shooting stars or if you’re lucky the Northern Lights (Aurora Borialis).
There is a luxury clear light Sauna, Gas BBQs and Picnic Benches available at Highland Heights but we think the Glamping Pods will have everything else you need to relax and enjoy peaceful time in a truly magical Highland setting with extra pampering potential if you choose the pod with the Hot Tub.
Glamping has come a long way. After a busy day you can relax and unwind in our luxury LED sanctuary clear light Sauna, with amazing healing powers and benefits. State of the art True wave heater technology, the most powerful spectrum heaters on the market, 360 degrees of infrared heat to surround your core. Infrared therapy can help improve the appearance of skin and cellulite, reduce stress & fatigue, ease muscle pain, arthritis, joint pain and stiffness, improve cardiac health and lower blood pressure, detoxify and improve the immune system and best of all increase the metabolism, burn calories and loose weight. Built from the highest quality cedar wood.
All Glamping Pods feature extended decking with garden furniture, a fire pit, surrounded by a glass balustrade in an elevated situation. This extra ‘room’ is deal for close up views of our most graceful birds of prey – Red Kites and Sparrowhawks. We also have Barn and Tawny owls in the vicinity.
We are also very lucky to have two highland cow folds close to our location, you are guaranteed to see these beautiful, native cows, one of the oldest registered breed of cattle in the world.
Many walkers will be very familiar with the fabulous routes that come past the Glamping Pods or surround us at the foot of Ben Wyvis and around Strathpeffer.
