Hill View is a modern accommodation over two floors situated in its own garden it is ideal for those wishing to follow country pursuits, and enjoy all that Angus has to offer. The property offers all the facilities of a luxurious abode to make your stay complete. It is equipped with high end appliances and furniture and includes a log burner (large initial basket of logs supplied) for those comfy evenings in with a wee dram. The master bedroom upstairs has a super king size sleigh bed with tempur mattress, the 2nd bedroom upstairs has a king size hypnos bed which can be made up into a twin room if needed, downstairs is another king size bedroom with a luxury pillow top hynos bed. There are 2 bathrooms both with walk in showers and one also has a bath. There is a seating area upstairs with a 55inch Smart TV and blue ray player. It is also a lovely place to sit and read a book or for children to plug in a game console if they want. Downstairs is open plan, the lounge has leather settees and is also equipped with a 55 inch Smart TV and blue ray player. There is also a dining table seating 6 people and a breakfast bar in the kitchen area which is fully equipped to enable you to cook a gourmet meal should you wish. Off the hall way is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi Fi is available and there is parking for two cars. In the garden there is a BBQ and a large deck with patio furniture. We are also able to accommodate bicycles in one of our sheds if needed. There are books and DVDs and games for your use.
