Hillview cottage is located in the Cairngorms National Park, the cottage was part of the Glenlivet Distillery up until the earl 1950s. The cottage retains much of it's cosy feeling with the warmth of wood through-out the cottage. The cottage can be different things to different people, a great party house for old friends and family to get together or a romantic break for couples. The hot tub allows you to enjoy the outside no matter what time of year it is. With views of Glenlivet, wildlife and of course ever changing scenery, it's no wonder our guests keep coming back. Hillview Cottage had a £60,000 upgrade in march 2017! It’s one of our most popular properties with guests loving the living space and warm cosy feel. We have upgraded the heart of the house with a fantastic new kitchen, dinning area and new snug with wood burner. Hillview has also become a 7 bedroom property with Zip Beds allowing singles or doubles. Most of the bedrooms now have TVs and new carpets throughout. For a bit of fun we have also installed a Football Table. Outside the exterior is getting a facelift with larch cladding and we have also enclosed the back and front garden so dogs can be let out. This fantastic property is an amazing choice for family get together, biking holidays, skiing trips and chill out time. The area in and around Glenlivet Moray is magnificent with Cairngorms on the door step, Aviemore is only 30 minutes away and the scenic coast of Morayshire only 20 minutes away. It would be a crime not to do at least one of the beautiful walks that cover this area of Scotland while staying at Hillview. Also Glenlivet Whisky Distillery is in very close proximity. Hillview luxury cottage makes for a fantastic Christmas or New Year cottage with ample room for a family get together. You can enjoy the luxury at an affordable price. The selfcatering cottage has enough room and living space to give everyone there own area but at the same time still offer that welcome and snuggle in feeling a Scottish cottage should.
