Welcome to Holly Lodge B&B. Holly Lodge is just over the hill from Loch Ness, close to the city of Inverness, and right in the heart of the Castle and Whisky Trails.

A charming Victorian house situated in its own private garden grounds and a much loved family home.

A short walk from the Pavilion and village square, just beyond the old Free Church, Holly Lodge sits peacefully among some of Strathpeffer’s grandest Victorian villas. Holly Lodge is a wonderful example of late Victorian architecture and reflects all the extravagance and indulgence of the age, with a wealth of decorative cast iron work as well as a three storey tower.
