There is a pull-out table with 4 chairs for dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and plenty kitchenware if you choose to dine in instead of eating out. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. There is plenty of storage space for clothing. The bathroom has been recently refitted with a good-sized shower with mains fed hot water. The property accepts up to 2 dogs at an additional charge. The apartment has gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Guests have access to the entire property. We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival. Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. Although Inverness city centre is easily accessible within a 10-minute drive the apartment benefits from being in a peaceful location. Being on the what’s named as the Southern Distributor road there is quick and easy access to the A82 to access Loch Ness and the west and equally easy access to all routes north, south and east. The apartment isn’t overlooked and has a wooded area and small park area within a minutes’ walk. It’s best to have your own transport however there is a good bus service to the city centre from a bus stop situated at the end of the road. The nearest airport is in Inverness, which is around a 25-minute drive. We are able to arrange a private transfer to the property from inverness or the airport upon request when booking. There is an additional fee for this service. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels and tea towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
