- This apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
- As the apartment is on the 6th floor (6 flights of stairs from the ground floor) and most of the buildings in Edinburgh does not have lift, it’s important to note that accessibility may be an issue for some guests. With six flights of stairs to climb from the ground floor, this apartment is not be suitable for wheelchair users or anyone who may struggle with climbing stairs. Those who are up for the climb will be rewarded with an amazing view that makes it all worth it. This is truly a great spot for leisure and business travelers alike.
House rules
- This apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
- Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighborhood.
- Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone’s property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.
- No pets are allowed.
- Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.
- Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or outside the apartment building.
