Howburn Residence is an extensively renovated traditional building in the centre of Aberdeen City.
There are 9 separate apartments, in a single block, ranging from executive one bedroom apartments (30sq m) to a beautiful, two storey three bedroom apartment (82sq m), all with modern interiors.
Ideal for business guests, in the city for long or short term stays, as well as families/individuals or couples just wanting a city break.
Howburn Residence offers a daily housekeeping service, Monday - Friday, and each apartment is fully equipped as a home from home to make your stay as carefree and enjoyable as possible.
Fully functioning kitchens with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer are equipped with all the dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils you should need to cater for yourselves along with cleaning products and dish twoels. With a supermarket right across the road, shopping is easy and the building is surrounded by established resautrants, hotels and take aways if a leisurely self indulgent stay is more what you're looking for.
The bathrooms/shower rooms are different in each apartment, but are all luxurious and spacious with towels provided.

Each apartment is equipped with free wifi, flatscreen TVs, ironing board/irons, hairdryer, safe and a welcome pack to allow you to relax from the minute you arrive. Cots and highchairs are available on request and some of the apartments can have single beds added into bedrooms for young children.
