The 12 acre croft of “Instabillie” is situated one mile from the Bay of Skaill and the world famous Neolithic village of Skara Brae, with fantastic sea views over the Bay and across the West Mainland of Orkney.
“Upper Instabillie” sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, has a kitchen, bathroom, shower room and living room (this room was the original But ‘n’Ben, and has been renovated using the original flagstones and furnished in keeping with the house). There is under-floor heating throughout, as well as a wood burning/multi fuel fire in the living room. There is a separate building containing a washing machine, deep-freeze, sinks, a drying room, and there is ample space for storing any outdoor equipment - bicycles, fishing rods, surf boards etc. There is a large garden, loads of outdoor space and plenty of parking.
The cottages have a good range of kitchen equipment and appliances, also free Wi-Fi.
