A small, informal family run hotel with a spacious reception lounge and traditional wee highland bar. The perfect base to enjoy your NC500 adventure within easy reach of the North, West and East coasts. Great walks and MTB trails nearby.

Find us 5 minutes from the famous Falls of Shin, on the main road between Bonar Bridge and Lairg. We like all our guests to relax and just feel at home here, whether staying in the hotel or in our bunkhouse which is situated within the hotel. Evening meals are served in our bar in front of the fire, and there is always a Scottish real ale or 2 on tap. Wake up to views of the historic Carbisdale Castle if you stay in one of our top floor bedrooms and enjoy breakfast whilst overlooking the Kyle of Sutherland.
