Beautiful 2 double bedroom cottage recently refurbished to a very high standard in a quiet location - pet friendly. It is ideally suited for walking, skiing, golfing and visiting the highlands or beautiful beaches.
2 double bedroom cottage which has recently been refurbished. Amtico floors throughout, new kitchen and bathroom and new double glazing. Solid oak furniture throughout the house. It has all mod cons, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and cooker and hob. It is located in a quiet cul de sac just off the Golf Course Road, where the prestigious championship Blairgowrie Golf course is located. The bedrooms consist of one king size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is a separate dining room. The lounge has a beautiful large window opening onto the front garden, where you can sometimes see rabbits and red squirrels. There is a smart TV with a DVD player incorporated into the TV. We allow one friendly dog and the back garden is enclosed. You can walk to a couple of lochs from the house and also you can walk around the golf course which is very close to the house. There is also horseriding and the famous Cateran trail closeby which begins in Blairgowrie, which in total is a 103km long trail, but you can obviously just do a part of it. About 12 miles away is Dunkeld and 23 miles away is Pitlochry. There is much wildlife nearby including hares, red squirrels, deer, beavers and various birds of prey such as Ospreys and buzzards. The Hermitage Centre is about a 20 minute drive which has impressive waterfalls and walks. At the right time of year, you can see salmon leaping up the wild waterfalls. There is a large river running through the middle of Blairgowrie and a number of good restaurants as well as large supermarkets.
