Karinya Bed and Breakfast is a friendly and comfortably B& B located on the hill above the town of Beauly with views of the surrounding countryside and is an ideal spot for visiting the Highlands. . Beauly is located aout 12 miles from Inverness, the Capital of the Highalnds, and has a number of shops, restuarants, coffee bars and hotels. Access to your own transport is essential as a result of the rural location.
The accommodation is of a high standard and visitors can expect s warm and friendly welcome, from Neil, Donna, Abi and our 2 English Springer Spaniels, and an atmosphere which will instantly relax you. There are lovely country views from the property and our 2 horses are in the fields adjacent to the property. The red kites are frequently seen flying above the property and in the spring the new born lambs run freely in the adjacent fields. Our beautiful breakfast is erved wtih fresh eggs from our own hens and locally sourced meat.
There are 2 well appointed en-suite rooms, with hospitality tray, TV, Clock Radio and Hairdryer. Toiletries and towels are provided in the ensuites. Both bedroom have wardrobes and luggage racks. The Deluxe bedroom has a sitting area and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, whilst the Double Room is smaller, and has a limited view of the back of the property. There is free wi-fi throughout the property.
