Historically the Moray region has a dry and soft climate, for which it has earned the name of ‘Scottish Riviera’. Seasonally changing flora and fauna offering beautiful panoramas make Kellas Estate a true paradise. Moreover this area has the least rain of all of Scotland.
On a carefully selected location on Kellas Estate you will find Kellas House which was built in 1916. The house is said to be one of the most beautiful ‘arts and crafts’ houses in Scotland, a perfect example of architectural craftsmanship. Kellas House offers opportunities for groups up to 18 persons. The attractive reception room with a fire place, conservatory and large dining room invite to relax and enjoy. The dining room can also be used for meetings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts. There are eight twin bedrooms and one single bedroom, all en suite with either shower or bath and toilet.
There is also the option to rent the nearby located Kellas Lodge. This offers two twin bedrooms.
If you wish to experience Kellas House as a private hotel, however not with 24-hours staff availability, we can offer catering and housekeeping. From here you can undertake any activities that you wish.
