Kellerstain Stables is a beautiful secluded residence which offers guest accommodation to either the business user or the traveller. It has five large rooms all with their own en-suite facilities two of which are larger deluxe suites. The deluxe suites have small kitchens, a dining area, a large seating area and great sized bathrooms. Each room offers spectacular views over the countryside making it hard to believe that the property is so close to Edinburgh Airport, the city centre and all of the major road networks covering Scotland and the South.

Breakfast is served in our fantastic conservatory where you can enjoy breakfast in full view of the cows! This is a fantastic area to relax in and enjoy the morning.

The property is also accessed through electric gates making it extremely safe and private for all of our guests. Free parking is also available on site to all residents. All in all Kellerstain Stables offers a peaceful yet accessible retreat for guests looking to explore the city and beyond and for the traveller or business guest looking to catch an early morning flight you can be there at Edinburgh Airport in under just ten minutes (road conditions permitting)

We really do offer a unique place to stay where you can have the best of both worlds right on the doorstep. The new tram line, train station and bus stations are all close by making the journey in to the city just that little bit easier. Drop the car at the park & ride for free and off you go in to the city centre.
