Killean Farmhouse and Cottages is an environmentally plus pet friendly business near Inveraray in Argyll and Bute.
Just a short distance from Inveraray town centre, Killean Farmhouse was built in the 17th century and has served as a farmhouse and family home for many years. Recently converted into a bed and breakfast, we have retained that homely feel in all the rooms. This provides our guests with a sense of relaxation and freedom while enjoying everything that the Scottish highlands has to offer.
Set on 5 acres of Scottish countryside, the accommodation comprises of 5 large bedrooms in the main house as well as 7 self contained cottages*. Guests are welcome to wander around and explore our grounds or just sit and relax on the patio. Free breakfast is included with all bookings and is served in the main dining room and adjoining conservatory.
The bed and breakfast is a great base to enjoy many of the local activities in and around Argyll including walking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.
We have five rooms available for booking, with each one decorated and equipped to a high standard.
All rooms are named after famous lochs from the Argyll area, and have tea and coffee making facilities, a flatscreen TV with Freeview channels, and a hairdryer.
A free travel cot for babies is available on a first come first served basis.
All rooms come with FREE breakfast.
