Kingsley Guest House is a Georgian villa providing an excellent Bed and Breakfast service in the New Town area of Edinburgh. We have 5 letting rooms comprising of a large family room which has a double and two single beds with an option to pull out a fifth bed, a triple room, and three double rooms. All except one have their own en-suite shower rooms. One of the doubles has its own private shower room adjacent.
We are a family run business and this is our home so you have the benefit of the comfort and warmth of a family home and the joys of meeting Archie our 12 year old, and very friendly, Springer Spaniel.
Kingsley Guest House is a quick bus trip into the heart of the city with a choice of 10 bus services only yards from the door whilst still retaining the leafy, airy feel of Edinburgh's New Town. Arthurs Seat to our north and the Braid Hills to our south are only a 15 minute walk away. The hills in Edinburgh afford you great views, gentle exercise and an opportunity to escape the citys hustle and bustle.
We provide an excellent Scottish Breakfast and are fairly flexible with check in and out times. If you are unsure of your schedule then give us a call and we will be there to help.
