Kirstys cottage - Idyllically situated and sympathetically renovated traditional crofters cottage offering spacious, luxurious accommodation for 4 guests. A real "home from home".

The cottage has a double and twin bedroom upstairs. A fully integrated kitchen/diner. The additional Sunroom is an ideal place to relax, dine and enjoy panoramic views to the sea shore where seals bask on the rocks. The well insulated cottage has a cosy wood burning stove in the living room, underfloor heating downstairs and an immersion heater provides hot water.

There is a spacious, enclosed garden with patio area - ideal for all the family. Climbing, walking and sight seeing are all available on the doorstep as is the seashore where seals bask in the bay and beachcombing is a must, there is also a sandy beach within easy reach.

Kirstys cottage is a 15 minute drive from Portree along a single track B road with passing places to allow overtaking. Portree offers a host of amenities shops, pubs, restaurants, visitor centre, cinema, banks, chemist, health food shop and post office

Directions - How to get to Peinchorran
(1) From the Skye bridge, follow signs to Portree (28 miles).
(2) 2 miles before Portree, which you will see in the distance, turn RIGHT to Braes.
(3) Go STRAIGHT along single track road for 3/4 mile to junction.
(4) Turn RIGHT, following sign for Braes.
(5) Keep going STRAIGHT along single track road for 6 miles, right to the end of the road.
(6) TURN at parking place and COME BACK 3 houses to tin roofed cottage with large tree in garden.
(7) You have arrived!

Self catering cottage panoramic mountain and sea views, sleeps 4. Weekly let Saturday - Saturday £840.00 - £910.00 per week, this includes heating, electric, linen & towels. Arrival time is after 4pm on the Saturday and by 10am on the day of departure, this allows us time to prepare for our next guests. We usually meet on arrival to show you around and this can be arranged nearer the time.
