Kyllachy House is a spectacularly beautiful Victorian sporting lodge standing above the River Findhorn and with glorious south facing views across the valley. Behind the house are native woodland, hills and moorland and it is a wildlife lover's delight with red squirrels in abundance and numerous deer and birds. The Findhorn river is available for salmon fishing and is ideal for those new to the sport with open banks making it easy for casting. A ghiillie is available by arrangement.
This is a big spacious family house filled with original features, open fires, a huge panelled hall, big rooms and a wonderful billiard room with a fabulous collection of horns and antlers.

It is a perfect house for a holiday and you can be assured of a comfortable and welcoming stay surrounded by pretty gardens, with magnificent trees and shrubs, water features and complete privacy and an estate to explore that stretches to 1800 acres. There is an all-weather tennis court too. With a glorious large hall, impressive dining room that can seat up to 20 and a comfortable drawing room, this house happily absorbs large groups. Kyllachy is only 20 minutes from Inverness City and 30 minutes from the airport. It is the perfect place from which to explore the Highlands, Cairngorm National Park, Findhorn Bay with its glorious beaches and Culloden battlefield. Cawdor Castle and Clava Cairns are also close by.
