Langlands cottage is on the edge of the RSPB Udale Bay Nature Reserve. The open plan lounge/ kitchen/ diner consists of a modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans and all the kitchenware guests will need. The dining table, chairs and bench seat up to 4 guests. The lounge area has a small2-seater settee, 2 armchairs, TV with Freeview and wood burning stove. The master bedroom offers guests a double bed, bedside cabinets with lights, a small built-in wardrobe, and a mirror. The second bedroom has a single bed, beside cabinet with lights, clothes rail and a mirror. The bathroom has a bath with plumbed shower, wash hand basin, WC and mirror. The outside benefits from a natural garden area down to the shoreline of the Cromarty Firth (50 metres). Patio area shed with bench and window. There is an ironing board and iron. Note – Children should always be supervised in the garden as this borders the shoreline of the Cromarty Firth. Guests have access to the entire property. Haven for wildlife. Quiet and tranquil area. Not far from local amenities such as shops, cafes, pubs and restaurant. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands of Scotland (especially in The Black Isle). There is a bus route that runs through the village. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
