We had the garden professionally designed to give a very low maintenance yet interesting colouring throughout the year, although this will take a few years to develop with the house being new.
There is also ample parking at the front of the property and around the courtyard.
Once again, the area is still under development and there could be some disturbance but the builders are very considerate to the residents with no weekend or after 4pm works taking place. We do use the property ourselves and manage it personally not having had a problem, admittedly we are active walkers/cyclists so we don’t like to hang about in a morning but do enjoy our weekend lay in and any likeminded people will find it very comfortable and have a very enjoyable break in a lovely part of the world with lots to do right on the doorstep.
