The external porch gives access to the entrance hall. The oak door leads into the open plan lounge, diner and kitchen, with wonderful views down the glen towards Balquhidder Braes. The kitchen incorporates hand made oak base and wall units with a large larder unit. A Belfast sink, granite worktops, incorporating breakfast bar with stools.
The sitting room gives panoramic views to the North, South and West, here is a bookcase with DVDs and board games for your use. An external door leads onto the balcony area where in the warmer months the view can be enjoyed from the patio furniture. Stone steps lead down to the extensive gardens. Off the lounge a short corridor leads to the double bedroom, up two steps a continuation of the corridor leads to the shower room and twin bedroom.
From the dining area, a solid oak spiral staircase leads to the landing and corridor with bathroom and twin bedroom with built in wardrobe.
