Limefield is a beautiful georgian detached house set in five acres, minutes from the centre of Livingston by car. An historical Georgian house providing Boutique Bed and Breakfast for visitors and businesses. Venue facilities. find us on BOOKING.COM

We are directly off the A71 (which runs east west on the south side of Livingston). 15 minutes of so from Edinburgh City Bypass and half an hour from the city centre by car.

At Limefield, we are set in 5 acres of evergreen woodland. Our Yew Trees are 1,000 years old! The present house dates from 1805 with close connections to David Livingston the explorer

We offer a home from home bed and breakfast facilitiy on certain dates throughout the year, within an elegant Georgian house. Parkland setting close to centre of Livingston on A71 and ten minutes from m8 and 20 mins from Edinburgh Airport.

All our rooms are ensuite with quality furnishings. Traditional breakfast served in our main dining room. Drawing room facility available to residents. Venue Facilities for private parties, weddings for around 45 people. Our own small Marquee available by arrangement. Full catering by arrangement.
