DOGS
Dogs will be considered on request. If permitted, they must be kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. An outside tap is available for cleaning your dog.
It should be noted that the doors from the living space open out into the lawned garden which is shared and is not fully enclosed. The owner has chickens therefore any dogs must be closely supervised and under control at all times.
The riverside is a short five minute walk which offers plenty of opportunity for exercising your pet.

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests along with guest toiletries.
WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE
Wi-Fi coverage is good. Mobile reception can be variable but this improves outside. A landline is available nearby in the owner's property for emergency use should this be required.
HEATING
Gas central heating throughout the property which is thermostatically controlled. The glazing on the front aspect is therma insulated glass.
GUEST PRIVACY
While Little Hermitage is a completely separate building, it lies immediately adjacent to the owner's property and shares the same rear garden. Guests should be aware that the open plan sitting room with large windows look directly on to the lawned garden.
While the owners are on hand to help guests with any aspect of their stay, they are completely respectful of guest privacy.
