Dogs are welcomed and up to 5 can be accomodated depending on size.
The entire area directly around Little Minnows has lots of space for parking and you can sit and relax at the front to admire the view. This area has a stock fence ( 31/2 foot)and two five bar gates for access and dog security.
Walk through a gate from here and you have your own use of the 15 acres of grounds. This is a mixture of stock fence ( 31/2foot) and deer fence ( 6foot) There are tracks, jumps, ditches and lots of long grass for your dog(s) to enjoy.
A separate completely fenced ( 6 foot) exercise area is available to you which is just behind the Bothy.
Electricity, linen and towels are provided along with everything you will need for cooking . Full size fridge, induction hob and combi/ grill microwave.Walk in shower and full bathroom and a double bed with a quality mattress.
Award winning pub 5 miles, tea room. 2 miles and lochs a short drive away.
No wi fi but excellent 4G reception
Little Minnows is also ideal for single travellers as it provides seclusion but it is very safe-CCTV, electric gates to reach it plus I am several hundred meters away so far enough for privacy but near enough so you will not feel isolated.
