Lochhead Cottage is a typical stone built Highland cottage that stands alone right on the foreshore of lovely Loch Sunart, with wonderful views across the loch.

Sitting on a quiet country lane is Loch Head Cottage, a pretty detached cottage in enclosed gardens backing onto a golf course, near Tarbert (1m).
Inside, the inviting sitting room has a modern wood-burning stove and doors out to the garden. The spacious dining kitchen leads through to a charming sunroom and all on one level are an ensuite double bedroom and a twin bedroom with access to the sunroom. To the rear the garden (furniture) gets the sun all day long.
You can try the golf course for yourself with its ‘pay and play’ system. The hotel in walking distance serves excellent meals and the Kilberry Inn (13m) offers fine dining. In summer boat trips run from Claonaig (10m) over to the Isle of Arran which has beautiful sandy beaches and is a mecca for watersports.
