High up the hills to the west of Dunkeld, this delightful little cottage offers you marvellous views, a wonderful central location to explore Perthshire and beyond as well as, brand new fresh interiors throughout. Part of a working estate and attached to Lochan Cottage No 2, the cottage has recently undergone complete renovation and is now a charming space with neutral colours, new carpets, a wood burner and a brand new kitchen and bathroom.

On the ground floor you have an open plan sitting/dining/kitchen with windows at either end, and the cosy wood burner. The views are a delight – hills and moorland and the River Braan winding its way down the strath. Upstairs both bedrooms benefit from lovely views and with one twin, and one twin or ziplink this is a great house for a family.

You have all the equipment and facilities you could wish for here along with a wealth of adventures to take. It is wonderful walking country or you can travel to the market towns like Aberfeldy and Crieff to explore, shop and eat whilst Dunkeld is a delightful town to wander through. Fishing for trout is available locally along with salmon fishing on the Tay. Distilleries, theatres and more are nearby and Edinburgh is an easy day out.
