Lochindaal is a well-appointed, spacious house suitable for large families and multiple-generation groups, sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms (2 kingsize, 2 twin), with 3 bathrooms. With beautiful outdoor space, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to Tarbert, there is something to do for all the family - from the infinity pool and spa at Portavadie, to the various castles and ferry trips available, or the host of great eating places. Tarbert also plays host to a wide variety of events through the summer - notably the Seafood Festival in July, the Viking Festival, and the Scottish Series yacht race in May. The house is situated on the new Kintyre 66, which provides fantastic sights and walks and is popular with cyclists.

The house is very well appointed, and large enough for everyone to have their own space. Each bedroom is very spacious, with built in wardrobes and plenty of room for suitcases. The large, enclosed outdoor space is sure to be a hit with the whole family too, featuring a patio with BBQ and seating, as well as artificial grass bordered by wooden sleepers, and a gravel area with chunky wooden benches. The fence right round makes it ideal for children playing, and offers suitable privacy for storing bikes or kayaks.

Downstairs there is level entry into the house, wide doors and everything you need is on ground floor level (including two of the bedrooms). The large living room has patio doors out to the beautifully landscaped garden, and double doors through to the dining kitchen (with dishwasher), and the door from the kitchen lead to the utility room with fridge freezer and washer/dryer (separates have been changed for a 2 in 1 unit). There is the master bedroom (kingsize) with ensuite shower room, as well as a twin room on ground floor level. The separate WC is also on the ground floor.

Heading upstairs, there are two very spacious bedrooms (1 kingsize with TV - perfect for quiet time, and 1 twin) and a large family bathroom (bath and separate shower).

We are family-friendly, with a travel cot provided (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot), and a variety of books and games, along with childrens’ crockery etc.

There is suitable space in any of the bedrooms for siting the travel cot or the Next2Me style cot (provided free of charge, but please bring your own bedding for it).

There is a desk and chair in the cupboard, which fold up to be placed in any of the bedrooms, enabling you to work if required.
