The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with spacious accommodation sleeping six, spread over two floors, comprising one double and two twin bedrooms (one on the ground floor), a combined lounge and dining area with woodburning stove, satellite television, DVD player and stereo, one bathroom with bath and shower, a well equipped modern kitchen with halogen hob, dishwasher, combined washer drier, fridge, freezer and microwave, and all rooms are served by oil fired central heating. There is off street parking to the side of the house, with access to a private garden at the rear of the property.
Located within the boundaries of the Glenlivet Crown Estate, and also the newly formed Cairngorm National Park, there is easy access to walking, cycling, fishing and wildlife. The property is within twenty minutes drive of the Lecht and forty five minutes of the Cairngorm ski centre.
