The cottage overlooks Ben Lomond to the north and open fields and forestry to the south. Lomond View cottage is situated off a quiet forest road and with a secure garden is ideal for children and pets. Also comfortably appointed with all the mod cons you would expect from a 4 star cottage sleeping 4 people in a ground floor twin bedroom and a double room upstairs. All electricity, gas, towels and linen are included. The cottage is in a perfect location for walking and cycling with 500 kilometres of tracks and paths, quite literally, on your doorstep. We have a wide selection of information on walks, cycle routes etc for you to borrow. Fishing, horse-riding, golfing, hill walking, water sports are all available nearby. Alternatively, simply relax in our secluded south facing garden and look out for our visiting wildlife.
Aberfoyle village is just a short 10min stroll away where you will find a supermarket, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to supply you with all the food and refreshments you will need for your stay.
Also an excellent base for touring with many tourist attractions and main cities all within an hours drive. There are also regular bus links from the village.
