Lycia Rooms + Is a family run bed and breakfast located in a quiet residential area near the centre of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. Your hosts Andy and Anne extend warm friendly highland hospitality to their guests throughout their visit.

Our aim is to provide our guests with simple comfortable accomodation. Each of our two rooms are presented with flat screen tvs, complimentray teas & coffee making facilities and hair driers as standard. A continental style breakfast is includeded in your room rate and consists of juices, fresh fruit, yougart, cereals and a selection cold meats and cheeses plus a selection of teas or coffee is served in the shared guest dining / sitting area each morning.
