Guests have the use of the private quiet walled garden which is furnished with garden seats and a summer house. The apartment provides the ideal base for family reunions, golfing, fishing, walking, short weekend breaks and outdoor activities. All amenities including shops, sandy beach and golf courses are within a few minutes walk.

The Montrose wildlife Centre is 3 miles from the apartment. Many golf courses within 30 minutes of Montrose. The large comfortable apartment at Mall House comprises a fully fitted kitchen with washer and dryer and a dishwasher and microwave oven. Sitting room with large screen LCD TV and comfortable seating,and dining area. One double king sized sleigh bedroom ensuite,one twin bedroom ,one single roomwith adult sized bunk beds. There is also a wet room and seperate W.C.. Families and children welcome. Open all year. This is a no smoking property. Wi fi available.
