The property is located on a working farm in a rural area of Easter Ross.
The nearest town of size is Tain. In and around Tain you can find a few places to eat and drink. There are also the usual supermarket chains and a variety of local shops.
Invergordon is the next biggest town, 7 miles away. It also has a few places to eat and shops along the High Street.
Lounge: 2-seater settee and armchair, TV with Freeview channels, dining table and chairs for 4 guests.
Kitchen: fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven, stove top, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
Cupboard with secure gun cabinet for shooting party guests with their own rifles.

Check-in time is 3 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am.
There is a train station in Tain which is 5.9 miles away from the farm.
In Kildary there is a bus stop, the farm is a 10-minute walk from here.
