Park Mill consists of an 18th century water-mill, mill house, cottage and granary adjoining the Kenly Burn in a quiet and picturesque location just four miles along the coast road (A917) from historic St.Andrews. The properties are surrounded by trees in a sheltered position within eight acres of private grounds.
Mill Cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin.
The living room has a wood burning stove, comfortable seating and a television. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a private outdoor seating area to the front of the property, in addition to a private garden to the rear of the property. Mill Cottage is heated by electric heating. To the front of the property there is space for one car to park directly in front of the property. Dogs welcome.
