Mingulay is a delightful detached cottage in its own garden grounds in the hamlet of Portrigh close to the beautiful village of Carradale on the Kintyre peninsula. It is situated above an idyllic secluded beach with stunning views to Arran

Mingulay is a 2 bedroomed cottage, all at ground level, sleeps 4 and comprises:

Conservatory/porch with views over surrounding countryside
Lounge with open fire, TV, and DVD
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave,fridge with ice-box an washing machine
Bathroom with wc, bath, shower and wash hand basin. Towels provided.
Garden shed with deep freeze, starter pack of coal and logs
Bedroom 1 with double bed
Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds
Bedding provided
Own secluded garden with garden furniture. Off road parking.
Free WIFI
Prices weekly £400 - £490
Per night £70, minimum stay 3 nights.
Dogs welcome. Supplement £20 per week (£3 per night).

Carradale is on the East coast of Kintyre and perfectly situated for outdoor activities. Sandy beach nearby and another within 10 minutes walking distance. The town of Campbeltown is a pleasapnt 15 mile drive and contains a full range of amenities, shops, 2 supermarkets, petrol station, aqualibrium with swimming pool and library and cinema. Springbank and Glen Scotia distilleries are well worth a visit.

The beautiful 9 hole Carradale golf course is adjacent and there are 2 world famous links courses at Machrihanish and 1 at Southend. Also the cottage is perfectly situated for walking and fly fishing locally.
