Muir-làn self-catering log cabin lodge is uniquely situated on the water’s edge. (For anglers – you can fish from the water’s edge and actually catch fish!) There is a hot tub on the balcony for your own private use.
All the comforts of home are provided: a fully fitted integrated kitchen area with all the necessary modern appliances, including a freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Bosch coffee machine which uses tassimo coffee pods that can be purchased from amazon.
In the vestibule there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The adjoining spacious living area is furnished to a high standard including a 50 Inch Smart TV, opens out on to a balcony which boasts breathtaking views across the loch to mounts Canisp and Suilven and the fishing boats unloading their catches at the pier across the bay.
There is one Kingsize bed and two single beds with plenty of storage space. Full bed linen is provided, comprising modern duvets & pillow cases and beds are made up for arrival.
The fully tiled bathroom consists of a jacuzzi corner-bath and a separate walk-in shower.
There is climate control heating which in the winter can be used as a heater, or in the summer months as air conditioning; in addition there are also Total Control wall heaters throughout for added warmth in the winter months.
The cabin also has Wi-Fi access.
Barbeque facilities are available for eating “al fresco”.
