The apartment is situated perfectly for exploring more of Inverness and the surrounding area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, kitchenware and kitchen utensils. The spacious lounge/ dining area is furnished with 2 x 2-seater settees, 32” HD TV, DVD Player, wall mounted electric fire, mirror, coffee table, dining table seating up to 2 guests. The bedroom offers guests a super king bed (can be made into 2 single beds), bedside table with lights, chest of drawers and free-standing wardrobe. The bathroom has an electric mains shower, hand wash basin and WC. The outside has a small patio area with table and chairs for 2 guests. Guests have access to the entire property. The property benefits from being very close to local amenities and attractions while not being in the hustle and bustle of the city. Eden Court Theatre is within a lovely 20-minute riverside walk. Tesco Metro is within a 15-minute walk from the apartment. A car is recommended when travelling to the Highlands, however; in Inverness, it is not a necessity. Taxi’s operate 24 hours of the day. There is a Train and Bus station in Inverness within a 10-minute walk from the property. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM. Check out time is 10 AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
