Recently renovated city centre apartment with an open plan main living area with views over the River Ness. Apartment F is on the second floor. The spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area offers guests a large leather L-shape settee, 2 armchairs, smart TV, views over the River Ness and surrounding city. The dining area is equipped with an Oak dining table with chairs for up to 6 guests and the kitchen is furnished with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, electric, toaster and plenty of kitchenware. The utility room has a washing machine, clothes airer, hoover, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom is a large and airy room providing guests with views over River Ness and surrounding city, king-size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, built in wardrobe, mirror and TV. The first twin bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside cabinets with table lamps, built-in wardrobe and view over the River Ness and surrounding area. The second twin bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside cabinets with table lamps, built-in wardrobe and view over the River Ness and surrounding area. The large shower room offers guests a double shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The apartment has electric central heating throughout. Wi-Fi internet is included at no extra cost. There is a hair drier. Parking is available at Rose Street car park (500 metres) or Cathedral car park (400 metres) at £7 per day (2020). Guests have access to the entire property. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 5 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 9 AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands of Scotland, however, this is not a necessity. There is a bus & train station within easy reach of the property. There are many taxi services in Inverness most of which run 24 hours a day.
