A beautiful Georgian mansion in a quiet untouched part of Scotland with commanding views of the river Deveron. Offering luxury boutique Bed & Breakfast accommodation and intimate gatherings and exclusive celebrations.

An extensive programme of renovation and restoration has been undertaken at Netherdale House to create a luxury Boutique Bed & Breakfast and exclusive events venue in the Georgian B listed mansion and its grounds. Guests can enjoy the grandeur of the elegant Drawing room with its fine antiques, large open fire, and stunning sash and case windows with working shutters or relax in the Deveron lounge - a cosy snug with bespoke whisky barrel bar and doors opening to the front lawn, perfect to enjoy a dram whilst watching the sun set on the river below.
Both rooms have fantastic views of the river and far reaching views of the rolling Aberdeenshire countryside and the Deveron valley. There is also a Games room with a full size snooker table and wide selection of books and games. The luxurious guest suites are located in the West wing, south westerly facing enjoying specular sun sets on the river. You will be assured of a very warm welcome from Faye and Louise at Netherdale. We set out to create a friendly relaxed place for our guests to come and enjoy Scottish hospitality, wholesome home cooked food with a BIG touch of luxury.
