The Old Stables is our newly renovated cottage at Newhill Farm. It is a luxury country cottage with shared use of an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, large outdoor hot tub, games room/gym & outdoor children's play area. All Ground Floor
Newhill Farm Cottages are 3 luxury self catering cottages with shared leisure facilities; indoor heated swimming pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor children's play area, games room/gym and outdoor all weather tennis court. Each cottage has its own private outdoor hot tub.
The properties are five minutes from Auchtermuchty in Fife and are situated in a peaceful, rural location with beautiful views to the surrounding farmland and woodland.
The cottages are in an ideal location for exploring the many attractions of Fife and other nearby areas in Scotland. All the cottages have their own private, secure gardens, patios, wooden garden dining table and chairs. Their is ample parking. Dogs welcome.
The Old Stables (2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4) is our single storey cottage. There is a well equipped open plan kitchen/lounge and dining room. There is a table and 4 chairs, a leather sofa and a swivel leather seat all warmed by a log burning stove. The master bedroom features a king size four poster bed with ensuite for the ultimate in luxury. All of the accommodation is on ground floor level.
Nearby Horse Mill Cottage has 3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 6), whilst The Old Cart House has 2 bedrooms (Sleeps 4).
The Old Stables, The Old Cart House and Horse Mill Cottage can be booked individually or together for larger family groups.
All 3 Cottages are EPC = B.
