After a hard day's sightseeing you can relax in the Living Room which has a sofa, armchair, free WiFi and a large flat screen TV with Freeview. A fully equipped modern kitchen, with folding table and 4 chairs in the Living area, has everything you need for a pleasant stay: Diplomat Stainless Steel 4 ring Gas Hob, electric oven and extractor fan, Bosch Washing Machine, fridge, toaster, kettle and ample crockery and cutlery also provided. The fully tiled modern shower room with under floor heating has a large fully tiled Mira Advance shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. The apartment has full gas central heating throughout and there is ample free parking directly in front of the property. There is also use of a shared, well-kept garden to the rear of the property.
Newhouse is in an ideal location to explore the local area, one which combines both outstanding natural beauty with a unique local history. Within a short driving distance you will also be able to sample Scotland's magnificent Highland scenery and hospitality before returning home to the comfort of your accommodation. Stirling and the surrounding area are steeped in history. The historic Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297, Battle of Bannockburn in 1314 and Battle of Sherriffmuir in 1715 all helped to shape the history of Scotland and these sites can easily be visited from our properties. Allow yourself to become absorbed by the atmosphere, whilst visiting the magnificent Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and The Battle of Bannockburn Experience, and then recharge your batteries in one of the many cafes, restaurants or pubs. The surrounding countryside is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts: walking, cycling and paragliding are all on offer on the nearby Ochil Hills. Slightly further away are The Trossachs, Callander, Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow and Edinburgh providing, therefore, the ideal central touring base for your holiday. Located within an hour's drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh International airports, Stirling has excellent motorway connections to the north and south. Golf being available at every turn: Kings Park's course in Stirling and at least another five within 30 minutes drive. Slightly further afield are the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrew's Old Course.
