The Coach houses at Towerview were originally created as stables and coach houses for the 19th Century Kinfauns Castle. Set within the beauty of the Kinnoull woodlands guests can stay and enjoy the tranquil rural surroundings just 2 miles from Perth city centre. The accommodation has been restored to a high standard with careful thought given to guests comfort and enjoyment. No 1 Coach house sleeps 2 and is on 2 levels,downstairs consists of 1 lounge, fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and upstairs there is a spacious open plan bedroom with a king size and single bed.
The new 4G interent service makes it easy to stay connected and possible to work away from home while enjoying the new scenery.
On site there is the kinfauns stables where guests can book riding lessons in the all purpose indoor arena.( Sorry due to covid 19 the stables are closed until further notice) Why not takea walk up to the top of kinnoull hill herself to the famous victoria folly which has one of the most scenic views over Perthshire and Tay valley.
Perth is a popular desinations with many events running right through the year. Perth Race course is 3 miles from The Coach houses with its racing fixtures from April to September, a geat day out for the whole family.

The Current restrictions in Scotland only allows one household in a propety up to a mximum of 6people.
The Scottish Goverermnt have liftes the restrictions of guests from overseas have to quarantine (Spain and Serbia not included)
If Guests have symptoms of the Coronavirus please stay at home and do not travel for the safety of yourself, family and our future guests, please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to travel.
Guests develop symptoms of the Corona virus whilst travelling or when you arrive at the property, should immediately book a test through NHS informor, either online or by phoning 0800 028 2816. In accordance with Test and Protect, people with symptoms are requires to self-isolate for at least 7 days, and everyone in the household should isolate for 14days. If the test is negative, everyone can end isolation. If the test is positive, everyone should continue to isolate, and the NHS Test and Protect team will be in touch to start contact tracing.
If guests who are isolating can travel home safely to isolate, avoiding using public transport, they should do this. In the event that this is not possible, the guests should discuss this with the NHS Test and Protect team. The guest maybe signpost to the National Assistance Helpline on 0800 11 4000 if they need help to isolate and cannot arrange it themselves or through friends and family. We can only offer accommodation to isolate beyond your departure date in the property if there is availability at the time.
In some circumstances further discussion may be required with the local Health Protection Team and local authority to ensure the person has suitable accommodation to isolate safely and effectively. After the required period of self-isolation, guests and anyone else in their party who has been affected can then return to their main place of residence.
Guests must follow the Scottish goverement socail distancing guidlines, masks must be worn on public transport, shops and anywhere social distancing can not ne adhere.
We have been working hard to understand the virus especially the understanding of the new normal ways in throughly cleaning, sanatising and disinfecting the properties to ensure the accoodation in not only clean to the eye, but also that any potential virus ir removed to the best of our ability to prevent any spread. We have our certificate of competence for completing the Covid-19 holiday let cleaning course and our We're good to go certificate, recognition that as a buisiness we are following the government and industry Covid-19 guidlines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanlinessand aid socail/physical distancing.
