Ocean View is a luxurious and bright upper two bedroom apartment less than a hundred metres from the shore. It is well appointed and newly furnished in August 2012.

From the South-facing living room you can look across the sea towards the island of Great Cumbrae, with Arran beyond that.

The clean and tidy communal stairway leads to Ocean View on the second floor.

The sitting/dining room facing South on to Gallowgate Square with the sea to the right .

Binoculars are provided for interest.

A 47 inch TV with 3D and satellite and Blu ray disc player and selection of DVDs are provided.

Maps and tourist information and a dining area with a bistro style table and eating for four provide a cosy but modern living area with the best quality of fittings.

WI-FI is provided free.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and conventional ovens, fridge and freezer .There is a washer dryer and vacuum cleaner.

The two bedrooms are clean and comfortable and spacious and the spacious bathroom has top quality taps, steel bath and LED-illuminated mirror cabinet.

There is an electric shower over the bath

Rates include professional cleaning, all bed linen, towels, heating and complimentary toiletries.

Cleanliness is a priority and Dr Lovett has a cleaner/housekeeper who is very competent.

Fresh flowers are provided on entry and tolietries
